Training

Often organizations develop tedious, time consuming work arounds because the application does not meet their specific business process needs. Occasionally, we have found these work arounds may also be prone to errors.

SSG's typical approach is to review the business process with the key users, identify whether the application is being fully leveraged, and if so, look at the otpions for putting a customized solution in place.
